For Carina, weddings are deeply personal experiences that deserve thoughtful intention and seamless execution.

As the founder of Vow & Verve Weddings, Carina is known for her expressive warmth, attention to detail, and confident leadership. Her professional background in oral surgery developed the composure and precision required in high-pressure environments, a foundation that now shapes the way she guides couples and vendor teams alike. Her ability to remain steady, reassuring, and detail-focused allows her clients to feel fully supported (and genuinely celebrated!) at every stage of the planning process.

Certified through the New York Institute of Art and Design, she approaches each wedding with equal parts structure and heart. She believes exceptional design should feel intentional, personal, and layered, and that flawless execution is what allows a couple to be fully present.

When she isn't celebrating your love story, Carina enjoys traveling with her husband, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with their three beloved fur kids: Ash, Mylo, and Ellie.

Ally joined Vow & Verve Weddings in 2024 and quickly became an essential part of the team. As Lead Planner, she oversees wedding day logistics with precision and care, ensuring every timeline and transition unfolds seamlessly from beginning to end.

Before joining the wedding industry, Ally worked in higher education, where she coordinated large-scale events and managed complex logistics. With an organized mindset and calm demeanor, Ally brings a reassuring and grounded presence to each celebration she manages. Her thoughtful attention to detail allows couples to remain present and at ease, confident that every moving part is handled with intention.

Outside of weddings, Ally enjoys spin classes, cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes with her husband, and spending time with her dog, Tito.
