These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of vowandverve.com (“the Site”), owned and operated by Carina Blanton of Vow & Verve. By accessing or using the Site or any of its services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

“User Content” refers to any and all materials submitted by you to Vow & Verve or through the Site, including but not limited to text, images, feedback, testimonials, project materials, and communication shared during design services.

You are fully responsible for your User Content and assume all risks related to it. You certify that your content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and does not violate the rights of any third party. You may not imply that your content is endorsed by Vow & Verve or Carina Blanton.

We are not required to back up your content, and it may be deleted at any time without notice. We recommend keeping personal backups of anything you submit.

By submitting User Content, you grant Vow & Verve an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publicly display your content in connection with operating and marketing the Site and services.

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Vow & Verve. Any failure to enforce part of the agreement does not waive our right to enforce it later. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest remains in full force.

Other Users
